The DC motor feedthrough provides the current and signals for "In Vacuum Drive" electron beam gun family EBS. On the vacuum side, a 10 pin LEMO type connector integrates the 24V motor power and relative / absolute sensor signals. Fixture is from the atmosphere side on the M32 thread for 32mm diameter holes or M24 thread for standard 1" holes.

• 6 input signals from encoders
