SmartBeam provides the full range of feedtroughs necessary to operate any electron beam evaporation system architecture. Here are included the high voltage feedtrough, the two independent channel magnet current feedtrough and the power / encoder signal DC motor feedtrough. For customised system architecture we can also provide ferrofluid rotary sealed feedtroughs, cooling water feedtrough, etc.
